Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and Brian O’Connor (Paul Walker) fasten their seatbelts in the first film of the popular “Fast and Furious” franchise

Car chases. Beautiful cars. Attractive people. Awesome stunts. Sounds like The Fast and the Furious.

Los Angeles racers close the streets every night to have street racing competitions. LAPD officer Brian O’Connor (Paul Walker) joins forces with Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his crew who are guilty of stealing expensive electronics. While he goes undercover of finding who actually stole the equipment, he falls for Toretto’s sister Mia (Jordana Brewster). The first of the popular Fast and Furious franchise movie is a prime example of pure Hollywood. It gives fans what they want: wall-to-wall action and a good time. There’s a scene in which Toretto explains to O’Connor why he keeps his deceased father’s 1970 Dodge Charger in his garage. “It scares the shit out of me,” he says. He, then, talks about how his father died in a car crash during a race, and how he suffered after his father’s death. Diesel’s Toretto is the most convincing character. Along with Walker’s O’Connor, they spring into action with electrifying results.
